Refund Policy

GetCampaign generates custom digital campaign build files for each paid order. Because the work is customized and generation begins after verified payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once generation begins.

Users are responsible for uploading all relevant files before generation, including account exports, Keyword Planner data, search terms reports, existing ad copy, negative keyword lists, or other supporting documents they want considered.

If a user indicates they have account exports, Keyword Planner data, or other supporting documents but does not upload them, the build will proceed using available information. Missing uploads, incomplete inputs, or user-provided omissions are not grounds for a refund once generation begins.

If a technical failure prevents delivery and GetCampaign cannot reasonably resolve it, the customer may be eligible for a refund or regeneration at our discretion.

Each paid order includes one free revision. That revision may be used to address reasonable corrections or missing context, but not to rebuild the project because files were not uploaded before generation.

Users remain responsible for reviewing campaign files before launch, editing anything that does not fit their business, and deciding whether to import or activate campaigns.
