Terms of Service

GetCampaign generates campaign build files, including strategy workbook content and Google Ads Editor CSV files, for user review. By using the service, users agree that generated files are recommendations and must be reviewed before launch.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted information, uploaded files, campaign settings, account configuration, budget decisions, final edits, and import or launch actions inside Google Ads or Google Ads Editor.

GetCampaign does not guarantee leads, calls, sales, revenue, ROAS, CPC, CPA, CPL, account performance, approval by Google, or any other advertising outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetCampaign is not responsible for ad spend, campaign results, lead quality, account performance, lost profits, or consequential damages. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
